We understand that our role in serving you and the community during this particular time is crucial. We want to let you know that we are trying our best to fulfill your needs during this exceptional period. Before we let you know about all the things our teams are currently doing, we would like to thank you for the patience and support you have showered us with. We read and took all your feedback seriously from social media channels and via our Call Centre in order to ensure you the utmost satisfaction.
Your daily needs when you need them, where you need them
We have reinforced our staff at all levels to help ensure in the fulfillment of our stocks, so that you and your families will not experience any shortage in essentials when you need them. We have been stocking up on more fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables from our local growers, meat, seafood and fresh-out-the-oven bread from our in-store bakery. We have also increased availability of items in our grocery department such as canned and instant food, rice, cooking ingredients and cleaning supplies. And to help you stay well and healthy, we have added a number of items such as vitamins to our range of Health & Wellness selections to keep your immunity up during this particular period. Though there may occasionally be some minor shortage at certain times, our teams are working round the clock to fully stock our shelves for you.
All our stores remain open while adhering to the nationwide curfew, all stores open at 8:00-9:00pm
Shop with confidence
Our stringent hygiene procedures mean our stores are thoroughly and regularly cleaning baskets, trolleys and checkout lanes throughout the day…sometimes even with the help of a robot! We are proud to say that we are the first retailer to introduce the robot technology that many hospitals have chosen to elevate their environmental hygiene. We also require all our customers to have their temperatures taken prior to store entry and we make sure that hand sanitizers are available at our stores. Floor markings and protective screens are additionally installed to ensure that proper space is maintained between customers and at checkout lanes.
We are also taking extra precautions for our teams at store-front; providing everyone with face shields, gloves, along with vitamin C. To further encourage contactless payment, all our cashiers accept payment via Dolfin application.
Staying safe at home
We realize how working from home can be stressful. Twice weekly, we share inspirational cooking clips and beauty tricks on our social media channels with something new and fun for you and your families to enjoy while staying safe at home. Or if you don’t feel like cooking, we have launched CENTRAL EATERY and At Taste on GrabFood, where you can enjoy anything from the finest flavours to great comfort food at the comfort of your home.
Getting your shopping done while staying at home is also made possible with Tops online, Grab Food (search for Tops), GrabMart, Phone&Delivery and Chat&Shop. Click on the link to check out the details of our delivery services.
And when you need to visit us for your daily essentials, we tried to make our stores as convenient as possible for all our customers. We added priority checkout lanes to provide greater convenience to the elderly, disabled and pregnant women in our community. We also launched Drive Thru at 31 stores that makes it convenient for you to simply swing by for all your grocery items without having to get out of your car.
