– ยอดซื้อสะสมที่สามารถนำมาแลกบัตรของขวัญต้องเป็นยอดซื้อหลังหักส่วนลดทุกชนิดแล้ว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 ต.ค. 2561 – 15 ธ.ค. 2561 โดยสามารถตรวจสอบยอดซื้อสะสมได้ที่จุดบริการลูกค้าที่ท็อปส์ มาร์เก็ต สาขาที่ร่วมรายการ
– ยอดซื้อสะสมที่ถูกแลกรับบัตรของขวัญไปแล้วจะถูกหักออกจากรายการยอดซื้อสะสมอื่นๆในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน
– ในการแลกรับบัตรของขวัญลูกค้าต้องนำบัตรสมาชิกเดอะวันพร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางมาแลกรับที่จุดบริการ โดยสามารถแลกได้ตั้งแต่ 22 ต.ค. 2561 – 31 ธ.ค. 2561
– จำกัดการรับบัตรของขวัญสูงสุด 500 บาท/หมายเลขสมาชิกเดอะวันตลอดรายการ
– ของสมนาคุณที่ลูกค้าได้ทำการแลกไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์, แลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสด รวมทั้งไม่สามารถเลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลอื่นๆได้
– บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า..
Conditions.
– Excluding the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode/receipt), bulk pack of M-150’s and Birdy’s product, electronics, all gift baskets, alcoholic beveragem tobacco, infant formula and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, baby dletary supolement, cooking oil, cooking sugar, prepaid card, gift voucher, bill payment, drugstore, rental shop, food court, dining area at Central Food Hall and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso.
– The accumulated purchase used to redeeming premiums must be net price after deducting discounts from 22 Oct 2018 – 15 Dec 2018. Your point balance can be checked only at the Customer Service Counter at participating branches of Tops market.
– The accumulated purchase used to redeeming premiums will be deducted from other accumulation campaign in the same period.
– Premiums will only be given to the customer who presents The 1 and a vaild ID card or passport at the Customer Service Counter from 22 Oct 2018 – 31 Dec 2018
– Limit gift voucher redemption to 500 Baht/ The 1 number throughout the promotion.
– Premiums cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash or changed to other premiums.
– Central Food Retail Co., Ltd reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
