ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข:
- รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้สำหรับบัตรเครดิตธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ทุกประเภท
- ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องลงทะเบียนผ่านทาง SMS ก่อนการใช้จ่าย โดยพิมพ์ SUPER (วรรค) ตามด้วยหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต 12 หลักสุดท้าย และส่งมาที่ 09 8269 5588 (ค่าบริการ 3 บาทต่อครั้ง) โปรดเก็บรักษา SMS ตอบกลับจากทางธนาคารไว้เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์ในการได้รับเครดิตเงินคืน
- จำกัดสิทธิ์ในการรับเครดิตเงินคืน 700 บัตรตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย ทั้งนี้ธนาคารจะพิจารณาให้สิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนทาง SMS ตามลำดับการลงทะเบียนจนครบสิทธิ์
- จำกัดการลงทะเบียน 1 ครั้ง / หมายเลขบัตรเครดิตตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย
- จำกัดเครดิตเงินคืนสูงสุด 80 บาท / เซลส์สลิป หรือ สูงสุด 160 บาท / บัตร / เดือน หรือสูงสุด 480 บาท / บัตร ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย
- เครดิตเงินคืนจะถูกคำนวณจากการใช้จ่าย ณ ร้านค้าและช่องทางออนไลน์ตามที่ธนาคารกำหนด (MC 5411) ดังต่อไปนี้: TOPS, TOPS Online application, website www.tops.co.th, Gourmet Market, Gourmet Market application, website www.gourmetmarketthailand.com, Home Fresh mart, Foodland, Foodland application, website shop.foodland.co.th, MaxValu, Villa Market, Villa Market Vplus application, website shop.villamarket.com and Central Food Hall.
- เครดิตเงินคืนจะถูกคำนวณจากยอดใช้จ่าย ณ ร้านค้าและช่องทางออนไลน์ที่ร่วมรายการโดยคำนวณยอด ณ วันที่ทำรายการเท่านั้น
- ธนาคารจะทำการเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีผู้ถือบัตรในรอบถัดไปจากเดือนที่มียอดใช้จ่ายตามเงื่อนไข
- ธนาคารจะคำนวณยอดใช้จ่าย ยอดเครดิตเงินคืนของบัตรเสริมแยกจากบัตรหลัก
- ผู้ถือบัตรที่จะมีสิทธิ์ได้รับเครดิตเงินคืนจะต้องยังคงมีสภาพเป็นสมาชิกบัตรเครดิตสถานะปกติและไม่ได้ผิดนัดชำระเงินใด ๆ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายนี้จนถึงวันที่ธนาคารทำการเครดิตเงินคืน
- สิทธิ์ในการได้รับเครดิตเงินคืนไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอื่นได้ ในกรณีผู้ถือบัตรยกเลิกรายการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ ทางธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการคำนวณยอดใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจากรายการนั้น ๆ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่ธนาคารกำหนด
- รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ภายในระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายเดียวกันได้
- ธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไข/สิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ ของรายการส่งเสริมการขาย โดยจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน และในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ คำตัดสินของธนาคารถือเป็นที่สุด
- ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าและบริการ หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือปัญหา กรุณาติดต่อผู้ขายสินค้าหรือผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง
- สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) Call Center หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 0 2629 5588 ในเวลาทำการ (จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 – 21.00 น. หรือ วันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 8.30 – 17.00 น.)

Terms and Conditions:
- Cash rebate is only reserved for all types of ICBC (Thai) credit card.
- To receive cash rebate, customers must register via SMS first by typing “SUPER” (space) followed by the last 12 digits of their credit card, then send the SMS to 09 8269 5588 (THB 3 SMS fee applies). Please keep the confirmation SMS from the Bank to validate your eligibility.
- Cash rebate is reserved for 700 cards throughout the campaign period. The eligibility is on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the order of SMS registration.
- Each card can only be used for registration once per campaign period.
- Cash rebate is limited up to THB 80 / sales slip or up to THB 160 / card / month or up to THB 480 / card throughout the campaign period.
- Cash rebate is for the participating supermarkets both at shop and online (MCC: 5411) as the Bank specified as follows: TOPS, TOPS Online application, website www.tops.co.th, Gourmet Market, Gourmet Market application, website www.gourmetmarketthailand.com, Home Fresh mart, Foodland, Foodland application, website shop.foodland.co.th, MaxValu, Villa Market, Villa Market Vplus application, website shop.villamarket.com and Central Food Hall.
- Cash rebate is calculated from the spending occurred at the participating supermarkets which referred to the transaction date only.
- Cash rebate will be credited into credit card in next cardholder’s statement.
- Cash rebate of primary card and supplementary card will be calculated separately.
- Cash rebate is only reserved for cardholders whose card status is normal with good payment history throughout the campaign period and until the date that cash rebate is credited.
- Cash rebate cannot be transferred/converted/exchanged into cash. In case of void transaction, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the cash rebate according to its terms and conditions.
- This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions of ICBC (Thai) in the same campaign period.
- The Bank reserves the right to change any terms and conditions/benefits of the campaign by informing the cardholders no less than 30 days in advance. In case of any disagreements/disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
- ICBC (Thai) has no involvement in goods and services provided. Should there be any problems or questions, please directly contact the merchant.
