The core customer base remains Millennials and Gen X aged 35-54, accounting for about 60% of all customers; female customers continue to be the main purchasers at over 72%. Geographically, Bangkok and the metropolitan area deliver the highest share of sales at over 67%, followed by the Eastern and Central regions — reflecting a strong base and brand popularity particularly among urban consumers.”
