TOPS, under Central Retail, continues to drive category growth and elevate retail excellence by hosting the H&W Conference 2026 at ICARE, Central Chaengwattana. The conference brought together around 50 pharmacists, sales assistants, and area managers from TOPS CARE and TOPS VITA, alongside 4 key supplier partners Life Supplements, LDB, Swisse, and Vistra who supported the event with expert-led sessions and 9 interactive product booths.

Under the core theme “From Product Knowledge to Customer Value,” the conference delivered an immersive, interactive experience centred on Skill, Knowledge, Experience, and Engagement. Through expert training, hands-on booth demonstrations, and direct supplier interactions, frontline teams sharpened their expertise to offer confident, personalized advisory services to shoppers, while strengthening strategic partnerships to drive category growth in Health & Wellness.

The conference featured expert-led training sessions and 9 specialized activity booths from leading brands, including L’Oréal, CeraVe, Swisse, Bioactive, Life Supplements, VISTRA, LDB, SOS, and Propolis Spray. Through hands-on product demonstrations and direct supplier engagement, frontline teams translated deep product insights into confident, practical, and personalized health recommendations for customers.
