TOPS, the food business under Central Retail, was honoured to receive an award in the category of “Certified Standard Agricultural Product Outlet” at Thailand’s World Food Safety Day 2026 seminar. Organised by the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS), this accolade reinforces TOPS’ excellence in comprehensive food safety management, elevating a trusted, safety-focused shopping experience for consumers nationwide.

The seminar and award ceremony were presided over by Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, who delivered the opening address and presented the awards, while Mr. Chaiwat Yothakol, Secretary-General of ACFS, delivered the opening report to welcome guests and recipients. Representing TOPS on this occasion, Mrs. Araya Phaoleangtong, Head of Quality Assurance, accepted the honour on behalf of the company.

Additionally, TOPS also joined the exhibition showcase held under the theme “From Burden to Solutions — Safe Food Everywhere,” which aimed to raise awareness among stakeholders on the importance of food safety standards in Thailand, while facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience in implementing international food safety standards nationwide.

This recognition strongly reinforces TOPS’s role and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality food ingredients to every customer — ensuring peace of mind with every meal, and sustainably supporting the healthy lifestyle and well-being of today’s consumers.
