The 1 Point Earning Conditions

• Exclusions:
  • Bulk purchases (products with the same barcode on one receipt will accumulate The 1 points for quantities from 1–6 pieces, and UHT milk products will accumulate The 1 points for quantities from 1–12 pieces only).
  • Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, infant formula and follow-up formula, infant dietary supplements, bill payment services, gift cards, top-up cards, internet cards, international calling cards, pharmacies, rental shops, bookstores, and food courts are not eligible for point accumulation.

The 1 Point Redemption Conditions

• • Present your ID card every time you redeem points. The customer’s name must match the name on The 1 membership account. Alternatively, you can redeem points via The 1 APP.
  • Maximum redemption limit is 4,000 points per transaction.
