TOPS, under Central Retail, in partnership with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission and Berries Australia, proudly launched the 2026 Australian Berry Season on October 6, 2026, at TOPS Food Hall CentralWorld — bringing the premium taste of fresh Australian berries to our customers.

The launch event was graced by representatives from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, including Mr. Cameron Allan, Trade and Investment Commissioner, Thailand and Laos and Counsellor (Commercial), and Ms. Thipwadee Suwanyingon Business Development Director, together with representatives from the Berries Australia, Ms. Jenny Van de Meeberg, Head of Trade for Berries Australia​; Mr. Jamie Michael Strawberry Director for Berries Australia​; Mr. James Kellaway Blueberry Director for Berries Australia; ​and Mr. Andrew Terry Rubus Director for Berries Australia​. Also in attendance were importers: Mr. Tony Bates, Managing Director of Global Food Products, and Ms. Veerin Boonruam, Managing Director of Navatan World Fruits.

Representing TOPS to welcome our distinguished guests, led by Mr. Chairat Petchdakul, Head of Produce, Meat, Local Sourcing & Jing Jai Market, together with Mr. Simon Florian Raphael Robert, Head of Direct Import – Fresh and Fine Food; Ms. Junya Moojun, Buying Director – Import Produce; and Mr. Petchthai Songsiri, District Director Large Format 11.
