– ยอดซื้อสะสมที่นำมาแลกรับของสมนาคุณต้องเป็นยอดซื้อหลังหักส่วนลดทุกชนิดแล้ว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 ต.ค. 2562 – 30 พ.ย. 2562 โดยสามารถตรวจสอบยอดซื้อสะสมได้ที่จุดบริการลูกค้า ท็อปส์ มาร์เก็ต สาขาเซ็นทรัลพลาซา ปิ่นเกล้า, รัตนาธิเบศร์, สีลม คอมเพล็กซ์, อาร์ซีเอ , โรบินสัน บางรัก, ลาดกระบัง, สุขุมวิท 19, มาบุญครอง, ซูพรีม และ เมส ทองหล่อ เท่านั้น
– ยอดซื้อสะสมที่แลกรับของสมนาคุณไปแล้วจะถูกหักออกจากรายการยอดซื้อสะสมอื่นๆในช่วงระยะเวลาเดียวกัน
– ในการแลกรับของสมนาคุณลูกค้าต้องนำบัตรเดอะวันพร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางมาแลกรับของสมนาคุณที่จุดบริการลูกค้า โดยสามารถแลกรับได้ตั้งแต่ 25 ต.ค. 2562 – 15 ธ.ค. 2562
– จำกัดการแลกรับของสมนาคุณ 2 ชิ้น/หมายเลขสมาชิกเดอะวัน ตลอดรายการโปรโมชั่น
– ของสมนาคุณที่ลูกค้าได้ทำการแลกแล้ว ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ แลกเปลี่ยน ทอนเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของสมนาคุณอื่นๆได้
– บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด รีเทล จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
Conditions
– Excluding the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode/receipt), bulk pack of M-150’s products, Birdy’s products. BRAND’s products, electronics, all gift baskets, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, infant formula and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, baby dietary supplement, cooking oil, cooking sugar, bill payment, gift voucher, prepaid card, drug store, rental shop, food court, Tops FLAVOUR, dining area at Central Food Hall and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso.
– The accumulated purchase used to redeeming premium must be net price after deducting discount from 25 Oct 2019 – 30 Nov 2019, your accumulated purchase can be checked at the Customer Service Counter at participating branch of Tops market (CentralPlaza Pinklao, Rattanathibeth, Silom Complex, RCA, Robinson Bangrak, Latkrabang, Sukhumvit19, Maboonkrong, Supreme and Maze Thonglor)
– The accumulated purchase used to redeeming premiums will be deducted from other accumulation campaign in the same period.
– Premiums will only be given to the customer whe present The1 and a valid ID card or passport at the Customer Service Counter from 25 Oct 2019 – 15 Dec 2019
– Limited premium redemption 2 pieces/ The1 number throughout the promotion.
– Premiums cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash or changed to other premiums.
