เงื่อนไขโปรโมชั่น
- สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิต JCB Platinum หรือ JCB Ultimate ที่ออกในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
- ระยะเวลารายการส่งเสริมการขายตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2566 – 31 ธันวาคม 2566
- เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่ายตั้งแต่ 1,500 บาทขึ้นไป / เซลล์สลิป และไม่สามารถรวมเซลล์สลิปได้

- ผู้ถือบัตร JCB ตาม 1. ที่เป็นผู้ค้าส่งสินค้าและลูกค้าที่ประสงค์จะนำสินค้าที่ซื้อจากท็อปส์ สาขาที่ร่วมรายการ, ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ไฟน์ ฟู้ด ทุกสาขา และท็อปส์ คลับ ไปจำหน่ายต่อ “ไม่สามารถ” ขอรับสิทธิ์ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ได้
- บัตรของขวัญที่รับจากรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถใช้กับส่วนลดหรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้
- บัตรของขวัญที่รับจากรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ใช้เป็นส่วนลดจะต้องใช้ร่วมกับบัตรเครดิต JCB เมื่อซื้อสินค้าที่ท็อปส์ สาขาที่ร่วมรายการ, ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ไฟน์ ฟู้ดทุกสาขา และท็อปส์ คลับ ยกเว้นการซื้อสินค้าผ่าน ท็อปส์ ออนไลน์ www.tops.co.th

Terms and Conditions
1. Exclusive for JCB Platinum or JCB Ultimate credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. Promotion period from 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023.
3. Minimum payment from 1,500 THB / sales slip and cannot combine the sales slip.
4. The rights under this promotion are limited to 1 right / The 1 Account / month and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis
5. The rights under this promotion are limited to 2,000 vouchers per month or 24,000 vouchers throughout the promotion period having total value of 2,400,000 THB.
6. JCB credit card and sales slip must be presented for voucher redemption on the transaction date at the Customer Service Counter at participating Tops.
7. This promotion cannot be used with the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode / receipt), bulk pack of M-150’s products and Birdy’s products, electronics, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, infant formula and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, baby dietary supplement, cooking oil, cooking sugar, bill payment, gift voucher, prepaid card, rental shop, food court, Tops FLAVOUR, Tops EATERY, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, medicine, medical supplies and some cosmeceutical products as specified at participating Tops, any Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food and Tops Club.
8. A JCB cardholder under 1. who is a wholesaler and those intending to resell the products purchased from participating Tops, any Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food and Tops Club is “prohibited” from obtaining a right under this promotion.
9. The gift voucher allocated under this promotion cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not valid with any other promotions.
10. The gift voucher allocated under this promotion must be used with JCB credit card at participating Tops, any Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food and Tops Club excluding Tops online (www.tops.co.th).
11. This promotion is not applicable to online purchase and / or delivery services.
